click here to download the file "PS107-48.EXE". This file is about 1.5M-bytes in size. The MD5 Checksum for this file is: 93819a95b04427dc32fc762866a19d23Then use the Run command on your Windows Task Bar (i.e. Start -> Run) to start the installation by running the above EXE file.
You will also need a cable to connect the serial port on your PC to the port on the rear panel of the CEC-10A. If you can not obtain a cable locally (and possible an adapter if your PC has a 25-pin serial port) then you can purchase a cable/adapter kit from Cromack Industries for US$25.00.
Note: Your Paging Encoder must have firmware version 0.92B (or newer) to allow Pagershop to control it. If you do not have this firmware version then contact our
Sales Department for an update Flash EPROM.If your CEC-10A encoder is in warranty then the update is free. If this is the case you may want to contact us anyway, rather than download the EXE file, because the update comes with the Pagershop installation CD. The CD allows you to not only install Pagershop, but also comes with a bug-fix for older Windows 95 Operating Systems. The CD also contains some free software such as the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
